At Chasing Paper, we want you to love your space; if your unused wallpaper or flooring doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that samples and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused, unopened rolls or tiles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee.
